Before you book
Your artist's calendar shows the session price and amount due before you pay. Tony, Cat, and Sam each have their own secure booking and payment calendar embedded on this page.
Schedule
Schedules fluctuate with demand. Your appointment is confirmed once your artist's calendar shows an available time, accepts your payment, and sends your confirmation.
Deposits & Payment
Tony, Cat, and Sam take card deposits through their embedded booking calendars. Tony's calendar also offers the option to pay in full. The amount due is shown before you pay, and any remaining balance is handled with your artist at your appointment. Melody arranges payment personally. Your payment goes directly to your artist.
Payment options: we’re working on Afterpay. It is coming soon and is not currently available through this website.
Cancellations & refunds
Your artist's cancellation and reschedule terms are shown before you pay. Need to move an appointment? Contact your artist, or the shop at (603) 851-2847, as soon as possible. At least 48 hours' notice is the house standard.
Designs
It is not unusual to not see your design until the day of your appointment. Please be very clear with your design requests so we don't spend time on re-designs. If you aren't comfortable with this approach, another one of our artists may be a better fit.
Consultations
Not sure which artist fits, planning a larger project, or working around a scar or existing tattoo? Book a free 20-minute in-person consultation. We’ll talk through the idea and help you find the clearest next step. A consultation is not a tattoo appointment and does not guarantee project acceptance or artist availability.
Do you tattoo over scars?
Yes, we tattoo over some scars, but we require an in-person consult to see what we can achieve. Without knowing the texture and density of the scar, we can't properly design a piece for your body. If the scarring is light and flat to the touch, it may not need an in-person consult.
Do you do cover-ups?
We typically only tattoo cover-ups that have had previous laser lightening. This gives us far more room to create a piece you'll actually love, rather than being limited by the old tattoo.
Can I bring a friend?
Please don't bring more than two people for company. This is a small studio and we want space for every artist and client to be comfortable and focused.
Creative freedom
We ask that clients give our artists creative freedom with their ideas (for example, "a panther on my right forearm with berries"). Tell us anything you specifically want to include or leave out in your initial inquiry, and we'll take it into account. Please send no more than 3 inspiration photos plus a clear, straight-on picture of the area to be tattooed. Your artist places the design's elements to fit your body's contours. This is vital to the final result looking the way you expect.
